Readiness Decomposition
“Where will we break first?”
We show you where your operation will overload first, and what to fix in what order.
For
Operations leads who need to know their weak points before the next surge.
You get
A written report, with a ranked list of weak points and a fix order. Inside: the tasks, what each one depends on, the labor in hours, the single points of failure, and the points where the operation overloads.
How it works
- We review the operation with you: the tasks, who does them, and what each one waits on.
- We break it down into tasks, dependencies and labor hours, and mark each single point of failure and each overload point.
- We hand you the report: the weak points ranked, and the order to fix them.

Market and Supply Readiness
“What do we need on hand, and when do we reorder?”
We map what your operation needs from outside, and set the point at which you act.
For
Teams that depend on fuel, parts, goods or port capacity they do not control.
You get
A supply and market brief: each outside input, how exposed it is to a shortage or a surge, and a trigger point for each.
How it works
- We list every outside input: fuel, parts, goods, port capacity and prices.
- We rate how exposed each one is to a shortage or a surge.
- We set a trigger point for each: the level at which you reorder or switch.
This is preparedness, not investing advice.

Project Mapping
“What happens in what order, and what can slip?”
We turn a project into a dated map: what happens, when, by whom, and which steps cannot slip.
For
Anyone running a job with many hands and a fixed end date.
You get
A dependency map with start and end dates and the critical path, plus a set of action cards.
How it works
- We list every task and what it waits on.
- We date each task, name an owner, and find the critical path: the chain of tasks that sets the end date.
- We hand you the map and the action cards.

Continuity and Communications Plans
“Who do we call, how, when, and what if they don't answer?”
We write down who calls whom, by which channel, and what happens when no one answers.
For
Teams that must keep working through a shift change, an outage or a storm.
You get
A plan, and a one-page field card you can print. The plan covers call trees, escalation ladders, shift handoff formats, radio and offline communications, and after-action reviews.
How it works
- We map who needs to reach whom, and by which channel: phone, radio or in person.
- We write the call tree, the escalation ladder and the handoff format, with a step for when the network is down.
- We hand over the plan and the field card. After an event, we run an after-action review and update both.

Talent Management
“Who is qualified, available and covered?”
We make sure every critical role has a qualified person, a backup, and a covered shift.
For
Operations that lean on a few people who cannot be replaced at short notice.
You get
A staffing plan and a roster system: credentials, availability, shift coverage, cross-training, and skill levels with a record of who has proven what.
How it works
- We list every role, the credentials it needs, and who holds them.
- We find the gaps: roles with one person, shifts with no cover, credentials close to lapsing.
- We set the roster, the cross-training plan and the skill levels, so no one person is a single point of failure.

Brand and Voice
“Can people understand us in one read?”
We give you a name, a voice and documents that read clearly the first time, under pressure.
For
Organizations whose notices, forms and signs must be understood fast by people in a hurry.
You get
A brand sheet, and your templates rebuilt from it.
How it works
- We review what you send now: names, notices, forms and signs.
- We set the voice and the visual system: words, type, color and layout.
- We apply them to your templates and hand over the brand sheet.
